Dignan Street
A complete home and landscape transformation.

A complete transformation
No part of the property left untouched.
One considered renovation, from the interior to the boundaries.
Dignan Street brought the entire Point Chevalier property into one cohesive renovation. The interior was fully renewed, while the front and rear landscapes were reshaped to extend daily life outdoors.
At the back of the section, raising the ground created the foundation for a new pool, deck and planted setting. Across every room and outdoor space, careful detailing keeps the architecture, finishes and landscape working as one.

Inside and out
Attention carried through every scale.
The same care connects the larger moves—raising the rear section, introducing the pool and rebuilding the landscapes—with the smaller moments inside. Joinery, tile alignment, screened outdoor structures, warm materials and natural light are treated as parts of one complete home.
